Pre-winter home assessment
We inspect gutters, window and door seals, exposed plumbing, roof and exterior risks, and measure areas for winter services.
VISIT 2 · NOV TO EARLY DEC
Winter prevention
We prepare the property with staking, hose shutoff, pipe insulation, sealing and weather stripping, screen removal, storm windows and gutter cleaning, as needed.
VISITS 3 TO 5 · JAN TO MAR
Monthly inspections
We check the roofline, gutters, foundation and basement for snow and ice buildup, icicles, ice dam concerns and freeze and thaw damage.
