HomeSmiles Franchising is here to help each member of our franchise family to open and run their new venture in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Our franchise support modules include training, marketing, advertising, and other services. We start with a deep dive data mining on your area and provide you with a list of potential clients in your area to get you going. We then build out this list and perform weekly email campaigns and social media advertising. We start all of this, as well as your area localized SEO before you even open your doors. When you do have your Grand Opening-we are THERE in person!

You come out for a 5 day training to complete HomeSmiles University. We go over operations in your business, processes, strategies and how to execute. We review our playbook to help you use in your business. We have an Onboarding manager that helps you with every step of the checklists. We also review Marketing and review best practices and review how- to’s on Social Media. We educate on the van, equipment and efficiencies with the packages to help control labor costs. We also take you out and meet with property managers, real estate agents and commercial outfits. The intention is to help educate you on the best practices on pitching this and handling objections. HomeSmiles University gives you the tools to own your business.

Our on-boarding checklist ensures that every franchise is set up for success. This includes van ordering, build out, testing, and placement-all at no additional cost or mark up to our franchisees. We have back end apparel and stationary stores on our website for our franchisees; so we get your first order in for you so you’re ready to hit the ground running. We have a franchise business coach that is that to be a cheerleader, a sound board and a resource for your business.

We provide for a full week of field training and sales training. We will turn anyone into a home services professional in weeks. We also have complete video libraries for our franchises that cover every aspect of field services, sales, and our CRM and sales system.

But we don’t just stop there! We continue to train our franchises with monthly personalized “check ins”, technician meetings, and franchisee meetings. We also perform an annual HomeSmiles Sales University with guest speakers to continue to sharpen the edge and keep our franchises at the top of their game.
